At Eighteen Inches I offer programs that support you in your process of healing, connection and transformation. My Deep Dive (3 sessions in 3 months) and Deeper Dive (6 sessions in 6 months) are designed to give you the space and time to really sink into your process. This is not a quick fix - this is a journey back to yourself, to who you really are.
Deep Dive
The Deep Dive consists of 3 sessions in 3 months. This is perfect if you are just starting with energy work or if you want to work through a specific blockage. This gives you enough time and space for integration between sessions.
WHAT IS A DEEP DIVE
The body and the energetic system need time to get used to new energies. During the first sessions your energy channels open, but this is only the start. Your body and mind have to learn to integrate and work with this energy. Healing is a process that unfolds step by step, and with only one session the depth often remains absent.
The importance of repetition and integration
By scheduling multiple sessions, as in the Deep Dive or Deeper Dive , you give yourself the opportunity to release layers of blockages and experience greater openness and clarity. In between sessions, you have time to integrate what is happening. This is essential, because the real transformation happens in the integration – when you apply what you experience in the sessions to your daily life.
